Download our latest live stock availability file. This CSV is updated automatically throughout the day and can be used by customers or web teams to check current stock and incoming arrivals.
File includes:
• Productcode — Homestyle GB product code
• in stk — quantity currently in stock
• at sea — quantity currently inbound
• ETA — estimated arrival date where available
Website Integration
For automatic website updates, your web developer can connect your website or stock system to the live CSV feed.

Shopify Setup
Shopify users can automatically pull this stock file into their store using apps such as Matrixify or Stock Sync.
Basic setup:
1. Install a stock import app (e.g. Stock Sync)
2. Choose “Import from URL”
3. Paste the live CSV feed link from the Website Integration section above
4. Set it to update every 2 hours ( say from 08:15 to 20:15 if you wish to save resources)
5. Map fields such as:
- SKU → Productcode
- Inventory → in stk
If using Shopify metafields or a suitable import app, you can also map:
- Incoming Stock → at sea
- Incoming ETA → ETA
This will keep your website stock levels automatically updated throughout the day.
WooCommerce users can automatically update stock levels using import plugins such as WP All Import or Product Import Export.
Basic setup:
1. Install a product import plugin
2. Choose “Import from URL”
3. Paste the live CSV feed link from the Website Integration section above

If using custom fields or a suitable import plugin, you can also map:
- Incoming Stock → at sea

Advanced Users
Advanced users can connect this CSV feed to systems such as Google Sheets, Zapier, or Power Automate to automate stock updates, reporting, or internal systems.
The feed updates throughout the day and always reflects the latest available data.
